You're quite right I did because at the time Walcott was playing like a person with the massive weight of supporters criticism on his shoulders on this forum. On the Saints fans forums he us getting lots of support hence my comment about confidrnce

Up at the count if nine and then the winner on points
Yes Walcott was terrible at Everton because he spent every second of his day reading GOT and it made him sad. Now the keyboard warriors of Southampton are being nice to him on another forum (which he obviously reads everyday) he’s playing like Messi. Christ.

Explain the difference in his form then. Don't know if you watched match of the day last night but they highlighted not only his goal but his all round effectiveness as a front runner

You think forums affect players performances???

I mean I'm not saying that fans in the ground and bellends on twitter and Insta don't have an impact, but any player that reads team forums deserves everything they get. I doubt many do.
You may be right. I don't know if players read forums every day but the stick he got not only here but in local press and as you say on twitter was horrendous. He is not getting it at the moment in Southampton

Theo showed flashes here as well. Really nothing different is happening at Southampton other than he's starting week in week out. This would help any footballer to be honest. Here, b/c he wasn't head and shoulders above the other guys he was competing against, he'd play a couple games then sit a few.

Happy he's playing well. I don't think he'll be able to score every other game though long term

Based on absolutely nothing, I get the feeling Theo is uber professional but isn't really motivated enough to consistently improve his game anymore. He'll have a little spell while he's in a honeymoon period with his former club but will be on the bench there too before long.

I think it's based on the way he trains, talks and his body language When he first came here, i thought he was a better captain prospect than Rooney!!??!! cos he does look and behave uber professional, but I think its passion and something else. he's just been an enigma - has the talent and potential but never ever realises it. But in context though, look at his career - being at Arsenal & Everton for so long, being well paid and in the First XI or FIrst Squad for so long is relatively a very successful career.

He said himself he feels free and reenergised to be back at Saints. Maybe he just hated living in the North. Or just didn't feel at home at the club. Who knows, best for all he's moved on really. No hard feelings toward him, hope he does well at Saints.

Remember he said he'd lost his love of football at Arsenal only to find it at Everton as well. He's riding the wave of a team being in form. Soon as Southampton level out he will be completely anonymous.

Amazing to think that Walcott scored 108 goals for Arsenal which was no small feat. He is enjoying a revival at Southampton who might offer us a small fee. Shame it never happened with us.

It is...I work with a couple of Arsenal fans, our standing joke is 'he is a great prospect."

Over 13 years and in 400 games whilst being part of one of the most attacking teams in the country.

I’d go as far as saying that’s dreadful
