I actually witnessed a police officer in Liverpool last week stop a young scouse male motorist. They found out the car actually was owned by him, it was taxed and insured and he actually had a full drivers licence too..... they fined him for wasting police time.

Was staying at the Westin downtown...it's my own dumbass fault really, in my drunken stupor, I neglected to lock the door. Thoughts are that not only did I neglect to lock it, but that I likely didn't close it fully. Hence no forced entry...

There's cameras all over though so fingers crossed they'll identify them at least. I doubt I'll get anything back, but if they catch the thief - then that's karma enough for me!

I'm honestly very glad it's probably one of those blacks. In my city, we have these blacks, who are quite different from those blacks. I don't like those blacks either, but I'm rather fond of these blacks.
