The reason Osman had any level of success is because he was always surrounded by grit, it was a Moyes side!
He always had a Carsley, Cahill, Graveson, Arteta (a surprise snide), Ferguson, Rooney, Coleman around him and these were all players who gave their all every game so he could have a bit more space and time on the ball which he needed because he was slow and not that skilful, good passer and scored the odd good goal though.
We desperately need more of those committed players, a team full of Richarlisons is what we need.
Even faux hardman Heitinga would improve our weak midfield!
