He's no Ancelotti though
That's both a good and a bad thing tbh
Yeah he isn't Ancelotti but he's nowhere near as likely to run off like he did

Frank - P32 W11 D6 L15out of curiosity what are lampard and gerrards win / loss records since they took over everton and villa respectively? i know gerrard has beaten us twice
That's because it's The Black Country Derby or the South Staffs Derby as it was known before they formed The West Mids. There isn't much distance between them in fact all the 5 West Mid clubs are in a 18 mile radius. That rivalry is pure evil re Villa v Blues, , Villa v Albion isn't much better, but Blues v Albion actually get on ! And as for Wolves v Albion, silly rivalry considering the distance between them !
Yet i apologised for my misdemeanor. Consider yourself lucky that i didn't make an official complaint about your remark.
Ultimately. Villa have gone backwards since the threat started. But so have we.This thread title always makes me laugh
A threat to what exactly?
14th ?
Oh no
Agreed. But still be off the minute world class side need a big name manager in a hurry. He's no Ancelotti though

Slippy - P39 W13 D8 L18
So Slippy’s had 7 games more but only 2 wins better off, both against us
Seems to be off the back of this:Gerrard trending on Twitter this morning.
Looks like the end might be particularly nigh.
For me, & as history would have it, the true meaning of a Derby game is a game between two teams from the same City, same Town, same Village, same Hamlet etc, etc, etc, hence, I consider Albion v Wolves as just a local game, certainly not a derby by any means !That's because it's The Black Country Derby or the South Staffs Derby as it was known before they formed The West Mids. Well then neither Wolves Walsall or Baggies have a local Derby, and having lived in The Black Country for 62 years we do consider Wolves our local Derby. For me, & as history would have it, the true meaning of a Derby game is a game between two teams from the same City, same Town, same Village, same Hamlet etc, etc, etc, hence, I consider Albion v Wolves as just a local game, certainly not a derby by any means !
