This last few season's the club has been a pantomime. I thought appointing Benitez had the hallmarks of being a relegation season. Unpopular manager, fans in mutiny, little spent on signings of any quality...

But now we have this. Its the sort of stuff you see at truly troubled clubs. Think Wolves, Sunderland, the Geordies in recent times.

What's it taken? 10 years since Moyes left for it all to unravel from relative stability to utter chaos?

Would these "security advisors" be like the Securitate or the Stasi, by any chance?

I mean, what has Merseyside Police said about this?

Moshiri said during the week that we all have to pull together and support the team. He then blamed the fans for him appointing Fat Sam and Benitez. He himself hasn’t been to see us at Goodison for over a year and has now told the board not to attend due to fan threats. Yes Mosh let’s pull together?
