Ticket poll for Brighton

Husband got a confirmation of success but I'm the one who applied for our 2 tickets and I haven't received anything. What a mess. Unclear why his ticket is £18.78 and mine is £67 but they are seats right next to one another.

I have, just this minute, received an email to say application was unsuccessful.

However, you will still be able to purchase in the resale from 10am today. Yeah, nice one for letting me know at 5pm on Friday, seven hours after the resale opened.

Amateur hour. Koff.
In the same boat here too.

So we're they selling non resale tickets this morning and if they were, why are folk from the ballot unsuccessful?

See if it gets better next time.

They’ve randomly selected some seats in the North stand to get 18.78 treatment max 1 per customer is my understanding- I got £18.78 ticket so made up - seats overlook the away fans

That last line is hilarious.
Meanwhile selling “Premium” tickets to the same game for £199.

What does the £120+ markup get you over a standard ticket?

1) A £10 voucher for food/drink
2) A discount in the club shop (assuming 10%)
3) No ballot to enter for the ticket!

I don’t mind if the club is going all out to maximise matchday profitability but save the guff of trying to do something for the fans…

I'm debating premium to go the first game but it feels wrong.

Paid for a chance in a ballot, seemingly failed with some getting lucky after the ballot today just buying on site then Everton took a big chunk of seats and charging nearly triple price instead of selling them in the ballot.

Hopefully you get lucky in future ones mate.

If I didn't have a season ticket, I'd just do a couple of these a season..
