Ticket Transfer

I’m sure the answer is in the T&C’s on season tickets but I can not be bothered reading them. Can anyone help with answering a question. My Dad can’t attend the match tomorrow so I want him to transfer his ticket to me, I’m a season ticket holder to.

But he is unable to according to the ticket transfer system. I know the club want to control the tickets going to members only, but as a season ticket holder I am a member.

No, you have to buy a membership to be a member.

and as a season ticket holder you have a ticket 🤷‍♂️

Assume you can't buy a membership as a ST holder? I mean what would be the point, but could it keep you on the season ticket waiting list if you ever dropped off for a season?
I’ve just gone on the site and I can buy an official membership valid until 29/6/05 , I assume the system recognises I have a ST.

Mad this, so I can’t take my dads ticket we both have a season ticket. honestly it a bit of a swiz because the only way to transfer that ticket was for me to register my partner and pay for a membership for her. I’ll take her phone the match to swipe in her brother. Costing me £35.

So the club has been paid for two season tickets from loyal fans and makes a further £35 of a loyal customer base.

Can't the box office print a ticket out?

They won’t do that, I’ve spoken to them in the past they’re tag line is they are trying to ensure that tickets only go to genuine fans in the last season at Goodison Park.

If that’s there intention I kinda get it, but it’s frustrating that true fans have to do it this way.

Can't your dad ask them to print one off for him for memorabilia purposes? Sounds odd that they couldn't print one off for him, as it's his seat

Im going the ground tomorrow with my mates grandsons season ticket card ( 11-17) and getting it changed to an over 65 ticket,
Which they told me i can do on the day of the match if i have the physical card with me and they will give me a paper ticket,
Any other time owner of season ticket has to transfer it to you first.
Done this for the West ham game also
