Best cases scenarios were 1) that it was on the surface and not communicating 2) in relatively shallow water tangled up in a discarded fishing net. Unfortunately both of those seem increasingly to be being ruled out.

If found at the bottom it will take 6-7 hours to get down to them to robotically attach some kind of tether to pull them up and another 8 or so hours to slowly and carefully winch them back up. Have also got to allow for a little wiggle room to arrange the above too.

If they have best case scenario 38 hours of oxygen left that basically means they have to find them in the next 18 hours to stand any chance.

Titan sub - loaded - just over 11 tons.
Titanic - displacement 52,310 tons.

I realise technology has done a lot since 1912 but it (Titanic) stayed hidden by the ocean for 73 years. The debris field is what gave her up eventually. If they could get deep sea sonar subs down to the area they think it's in, then maybe they could scan and review and narrow the field, but this thing could be powerless, so is most likely in darkness and for all they know went crashing through the decks of the wreck and would never be seen for decades.
