So why is the defender not penalised if he accidentally handballs it away to prevent a forward getting a one on one with the keeper? No consistency.

To prevent players from trying to earn cheap penalties by playing the ball at defenders arms. You know how guys like Zaha try to invite challenges and dives? Imagine that but you don't even have to be good at dribbling to do it.

I don't understand why we want FOOTball goals where the guy uses his hands to count so badly.

Also for the record goals are awesome because of how hard they are to score. Everyone talks about favoring the attackers more but I don't think a bunch of 5-4 games is really what we want. Yeah the occasional 0-0 stinker is rough but the game is what it is because of how hard it is to score and how much it means to do so.

think the snides were on both sides today , don't you..Aubameyang's tackle deffo red but it was late and mistimed nothing like Son's assault on Gomez so he had to go.
How Ayew gets away with 7 could and no card, Tomkins tackle was a studs up tackle which he could have seen red for.
Fair result, just costly with both sides losing players now.
