In the Hertha Berlin vs. Bayern game, there was a goal disallowed for the slightest of touches: it wasn't a foul, but it was given. Based on that, it shouldn't be given.

If that hasnt made it completely obvious I'm not sure what will. All day, all month and all year long that is a foul on the keeper.
