I don't know about fraud. He finished second in Serie A with Napoli and then went to Chelsea and won a European trophy and finished 3rd behind two all time teams. It seems like he's going to win the Scudetto this season. He may not be as good a manager as some of the others around, or even Allegri, but he's still very good. I'd love him at Everton so long as we gave him the time and money to put a team that plays his way together.
