He was dreadful because he was denied a move to Arsenal.

How is Josh King not a loss? The guy nearly re-signed for United in the window, he's a very decent striker, particularly for a club like Bournemouth.

David Brooks is 1st rate, he just suffered a really bad injury. Same goes for Lloyd Kelly.

Read my post again, I'm not disagreeing with you apart from Mepham. Kelly is clearly a talent but hasn't had the chance to prove it yet.

A bit odd that one - it sounds like an open and shut case of that rag carrying on as its always done, but the fact that United (Woodward personally, according to the lates Eye) have only recently hired the rag's Chief Football Correspondant (Neil Ashton) as their head of PR it might lead people to believe that this whole thing was a setup to try and neutralise the attacks on Woodward. It is a fairly massive coincidence otherwise.
