I hear that "work in progress" so many times on other teams even when the new boss has been there months and months yet when we have one for only a couple we dont get that phrase etc said about us,just the usual rubbish lol

I think, as in travel and tourism of years ago.You had to have inoculations.People will have to be checked and certified they are not carrying the virus.
