I am watching DC United right now in an actual MLS Group Game, that kicked off 9am local time [actually started late] but is that normal as never heard of a 9am ko before, know its warm there but still not heard that ko time-Temp even at this early time there is 28-33 degrees [82-92 in fahrenheit]

Yeah because of the Florida heat and humidity they are playing matches at 9 am, 8 pm and 10:30 pm local. It is being played at a "bubble" at Disney in Orlando, which owns ESPN. So I'm sure this schedule was created to accomodate TV, which love having live sports on right now. Also these game times don't complete with the PL.
