Bizarre comment.
Might seem bizarre to you, but much of my life included touring foreign newsagents to find overpriced British Sunday newspapers which had six-paragraph reports of Everton matches.

So I don't follow football as a 'sport' as many appear to do. I follow it because I have spent my life supporting Everton. These days with much more visual access I'll watch a Championship game or even a Bundesliga game if one of our loan players is involved. I'll watch other Premier League matches or Europa League games because those are competitions that Everton are involved in. I'll happily watch an U23 match at Southport or wherever to see who we may or may not have coming through.

But I have no interest in watching the French or Italian or Japanese derbies. Or Seattle Shoutalots versus Red Bull Mar A Largo. Viewers under the age of 30 are welcome to differ.

And, without wishing to be insulting, viewers who are interested in that type of 'soccer' are exactly the type of viewer who are making the UEFA Top 32 Franchise League even more likely by increasing the fanbase of the Sky favourites in each country. That's fine for you if that is the way football is going, but hopefully I'll be ashes thrown off a mountain by the time it is.

Okay mate.

Just realised today is awesome for neutrals.

The North London Derby,
The Rome Derby
OM vs ASSE (traditionally the biggest rivalry in France)
River vs Boca to round it all off.
time for some more clever 'homophobia' banners.
I love the way the banners are showing up the hypocrisy of the LFP.
Best one yet was this one
Why was their no card for Kane if the ref give a free kick for a dive ?
Atkinson looks like he thinks about it, remembers he's already been booked and decided to let him off, the way Shearer used to get away with it because of his status with England
