He dove no doubt but Robertson has flicked at the ball, missed and left his body obstructing Callejon as a result. That's a foul. The shame is referees don't call those if the guy doesn't dive so he had to or Robertson gets away with it.

Earlier in the match Robertson did the same thing to Callejon in midfield and the referee gave the RS a throw. Diving is bad but it's also necessary if you want to win football matches because that's how the referees officiate now.
