yarmelonko seems to have got over his terrible injury and playing well.

id say giving a proven winner as a manager time would be the sensible thing to do, as they have a track record of scucceeding and actually winning things, which MUST mean they are tactically aware .. and know how to beat various teams and formations

on the other hand , giving a clueless ted time is just a worrying thought which could only end in disaster.
