Reality is that outside the obvious two the rest of the league is rank average. Money and time will see the usual suspects bounce back but this year and even last the gap in quality is as big as the Scottish League was back in the Celtic/rangers days of the 90s and 00s.
It's the people who review it. I think the offside decisions should be handled the same way as the LBW reviews in cricket. If it's a very close call then the linesman's/referee's decision should stand.
