What is it with England fans abroad? Do they act like this on holiday as well?

Dunno havnt been abroad for years. But on the football fans, unfortunately their past behaviour has made them a target for locals across Europe. The hard core travelling fans are generally sound, but at some matches (easy to get to, weekend fixtures) it seems loads of walk ups make an absolute show of themselves.
