Arsenal squad is not a top 4 squad, arguably not even top 6. Except for couple of good strikers they don’t have any spine in the team. Any manager will fail unless substantial investment in the squad is made.

Emery is gone. Not sure there's a magician that can come in and fix that club as quickly as they would like. They need to commit to rebuilding the squad but that inevitably will mean lows and they seem incapable of handling those moments rationally.
