Well yeah but "none of them" isn't really a viable option, let's be honest... and Amazon's price-to-user would likely be significantly lower then sky
Sure, for now anyway. Until its not.

It just saddens me when I think back to football as I remember it and then look at the current state of the game. It's not a sport anymore, its a tv drama show and it makes me sick.

your right , but we had good hard British and Irish players who knew how to tackle
and these present day prima donna's wouldn't have lived with them.

To be honest, not sure it would rise all that much, even given time. Amazon's Video content is all used as a way to drive Prime membership, which in turn increases the amount people spend on ordering stuff from Amazon. All their original programming (which they've put huge money into) is made for this purpose... That's why they don't charge extra for Prime Video on top of the regular Prime subscription

So while there might be a surcharge of some sort if they did get the full premier league rights, it'd be NOTHING CLOSE to the ~£60p/m that Sky charge (at least)

You'd be mad to go anywhere near Howe imo. That was the worst performance I've seen at SP since... well, Villa this season but still, they were shocking, absolutely nothing about them. He's spent loads and they're now declining and can't really break down defensive sides. A big old myth that man.

Yeah Howe has spent A LOT of money, which often gets forgotten when people talk about his Bournemouth team

Personally I'm hoping Amazon smash Sky out of the water for the main rights packages next time they come up

I'm still not convinced that streaming is the best way to show live sport if I'm honest

Telly is far more reliable, which is what you want with big sporting events

If the servers go haywire when you're watching Netflix you can just go back and pick up where you left off. That isn't the case with a live sporting event

Possibly, but I think that may be a '2019' issue that will eventually be a non-issue going forward. In the same way digital TV and radio could not be replied on in some parts of the country but is now far less of a concern. The tweak that is needed, in my mind, is the ability to pause, rewind, etc. I checked last night and it wasn't possible to pause on my telly but I could do on my phone watching it from the app.
