No, at the moment of a wicket being taken, it's the same as a goal being scored. The referee gives it, the crowd go wild. The other side can review it but that doesn't stop the crowd going wild. Then they get to go wild a second time if the decision stands.
Same as tennis - when the point is scored, the crowd go wild regardless of the possibility of review.
Half the crowd are asleep at cricket and get the odd wicket over a longer time period. It fits.
Tennis it's fits and starts too with small bursts of crowd participation as they need to be quiet. So again it fits.
50k people chanting and screaming to then stop, wait, chant and scream again or not is just either something people have to adapt to or find it annoying.
