The texts on the BBC live feed have been a treat tonight. Should have put back the final by a couple of weeks to accommodate the RS. lol

I'm pleased with the effort the young lads have put in but the EFL have made a mockery of this cup by not rescheduling our game. The final is usually so early in the year, what harm would have been done by pushing it back a few weeks? Disappointed as well that our unbeaten run has been broken by us having to field such a young team. A lot of promise and talent but doesn't take away from the fact we've been beaten in a cup quarter final due to the lack of flexibility from EFL. Ridiculous!!

Laughable that "held their own in the second half" comment... Yeah well.. 4 down most teams take their foot off the pedal. If on the other hand they had kept Villa at bay for an hour from the start before fading...then they would deserve a greater accolade.
