UEFA 3 stage protocol.

If the players return to action and another incident of racist behaviour occurs, the game is then abandoned as the third step of the protocol".
Isn't the last protocol that the team suffering racial abuse is awarded the game 3-0.

Is the game restarted after a time out... Is it replayed another day from the same time/score, is the score at the time of walkoff considered the final score?...

Racism in football is a consequence of racism in society. You can't sit there and criticise the likes of the Bulgarian or Croatian FA when you've got flag waving "INGERLAND!" fans filling up most of the stadiums here every week.

If so good on him, racism over the last few weeks has got out of control.
Basically said the people in the positions of massive power in this country themselves are constantly in the news for racism. So if the people at the top can be racist and no one cares, people at the bottom are going to feel justified in being racist too. He's spot on but Sky forced the presenter to throw a disclaimer in.
