I honestly can't stand this 5 subs rule. There's no strategy involved when you can just throw on a whole new attack of fresh legs. The game has properly gone.

I hate this rule aswell because it makes it harder to win a football bet with it being more likely now a player will go off as a substitute.

It obviously gives an advantage to the bigger clubs with bigger resources who can bring on more better quality.

It blows my mind that anyone would think to pass the ball back like that when a striker like Vardy is around, he makes his living off chasing things down and looking for mistakes.

I can only assume that most PL footballers honestly don't watch general football matches when they are on telly. It's just a job to them. Anyone who has ever watched Vardy play would know that you would never think of passing it back blind when he's around.
I wouldn’t play a back pass like that regardless of who is playing for the other team.

Last nights match.
Drinks breaks.
Loads of subs.
Lengthy injuries to both sides.

3 mins added time at end of each half.
You can just run the clock down.

Good start for Brentford who go 1 point behind 2nd if they win with 2 games left

Brentford hold on for there 8th win in a row, Brentford have away game at Stoke and home game v Barnsley left, While West Brom have away game at Huddersfield, and home game v QPR
Brentford are only 3 points off top, though Leeds have game in Hand tomorrow

harsh, but fair guardian

Fortunately for those of us who live for the exhilarating throb of their pulse rising in giddy increments of 1bpm, the Championship is delivering in spades. On Tuesday night, Wayne Rooney dallied and pondered, pondered and dallied, the sort of performance that would get him a gig in the current Everton midfield, allowing Lee Tomlin to score the goal that kept Cardiff’s play-off hopes alive and laid Derby’s to waste.
