If you can't take it, walk away, I'm sure you can give it out as well....or go and follow another team.
Having said that, I have seen us win championships, cups, and a European trophy so I can sympathise with your frustration, and have serious doubts regarding the structure of the club, and the decisions made especially from the owner and board...but that's a separate discussion.
