I think if you’re going to try to inject some kind of nuanced political ideology into the argument over some Neanderthals booing because they do not, in fact, believe that Black Lives Matter, then you’re clutching at straws.

Even IF (and I don’t believe it for one second FWIW) there were some fans booing who were solely doing so because of the “disrespect” shown to statues of well-known slavers and racists by people who sympathise with the centuries of oppression of black people by said slavers and racists, it all amounts to the same thing.
