It does help playing 11v10. I think Thiago is great but it is a bit of a misleading thing.

Plus laying it 10 feet across the floor every single time to the nearest player bolsters your stats.

A bit like VVD and his perfect passing accuracy, easy when you're laying it off 8 feet away.

They ought to show the cruyff he tried and lost it, or the overhit Crossford ball to Mane, or the overhit cross to Sarah a couple of minutes later, then not touching the ball for the next 5 minutes only to give a penalty away.

Bang average.

Every team gets them though mate.

I know what you're saying, their key players never seem to pickup any injuries but can't see that changing this season and as I said, Man City already have a few.

thats my point mate. They can’t go through a whole season again like that. And Yearh - city have but they have now, not during say a 3rd of it gone

Or, blame bent refs for last season and bury heads in the sand aye?...

They've been gift-wrapped tonight as I said earlier but a big part of that is the respect and fear they instil.

I wouldn't bet against Wolves getting something against Man City tomorrow. Just can't understand why Man City are making the same mistake again and not strengthening.

As is, two horse race - talk of Chelsea going for the tilte is laughable, they were 30 odd points away last season. Liverpool for me are favourites because of their fitness and they've improved in the market.
Spot on, sadly.

I think Chelsea will do well despite todays performance. Once these players bed in and are fit they'll be up there. But by then it will probably be too late to close any gap.

City, as you say, not done enough to catch up and no one else even comes close to be honest.
I do think Wolves will be this seasons surprise package though. They've improved season upon season and brought in some good players to strengthen their squad. Not enough to challenge for the title though, mind.

The reds, even if they only operate at 75% of the intensity that they did last season, still walk this league. As for dodgy decisions going their way, VAR or otherwise, that's been the norm for the past 20 years or so anyway hasn't it? :(

Leaving it very late to get business done again. City are two signings away from being contenders again - a top CB and a top striker. With Aguero chronically injured, getting by with just Jesus will not be possible to sustain a challenge. We also need some of our more established players to improve on last year's efforts. Bernardo Silva, Rodri, Ederson, Cancelo and Mendy must all improve dramatically.
