I'm not watching the game, and it's unclear to me from the picture who is accused of being offside. That's a problem.

I'm not sure how you fix it. The problem is the interaction with the rule with modern technology. However, even the silly solutions I can come up with like painting a line on the pitch that the ball has to cross before a player does (hockey) still have the same basic problem. The most pragmatic ones just result in a judgment call functionally no different than the present rule.
