On one hand I wouldn't mind Newcastle losing because it brings them closer to the relegation zone tho I doubt they are REALLY in it. On the other hand I enjoy seeing Southampton in freefall. Shame they can't both lose.

My point is Newcastle look garbage against every team they face - they've conceeded 2 and are a man down against a team just pumped 9 nil albeit winning (cant see them holding on tho). I watched them against Villa and they were utterly shocking.

They come to us and defend like lions, putting their foot in, Wilson playing up top like a battling ram.

They definitely get up for it mentally against us in recent seasons look at that game they scored twice in about 2 minutes - they would be all at sea 2 nil down in the 90th minute against a West Ham or whoever.

The reason for me must be the bloke who has them riled up all the time with his goading of their fans etc.

You do realise that CURRENTLY, they are winning, right?

The team they are beating also recently beat the Champions of England.

But hey, its all Pickfords fault, which is weirdly what kopites say, a LOT.
