Don't think it's that bad. At a rough guess I reckon about 8 of their teams are Prem level with the other 10 being Championship standard

I don’t understand how the greatest managers in the world Hasenhuttl who would be really good for Everton with his really good philosophy is doing so poorly recently? Why doesn’t his philosophy work? And how come the dinosaur in charge of us who can’t arrange a training drill is now a long way ahead of all these superior managers? Baffling.

Teams certainly do get up for some games more than others.

Ive said a few times, football is mostly about who wants it most on the day.

But if you say Newcastle wanted it more cos of Pickford, why didn't we want it more FOR Pickford?

Best way to probably look at it would be if say Leeds had a ex RS GK who said he hated Everton and was winding/goading our fans at GP.

Even if you are not from the area/dont mind Leeds I would hope the people in and around the club and the players would be up for playing them to smash them and put 5 past the gobby sod.

I know as Evertonians we would love it so it must transmit in some manner onto the pitch/performances.
