There is 2 cup finals between lower down league teams this weekend including Tranmere - off course the one today should have happened in April but obviously it could not

Today
EFL Trophy 2020 Final - 3pm
Portsmouth v Salford City

Sunday
EFL Trophy 2021 Final - 3pm
Sunderland v Tranmere
It’s a similar situation to in Spain with the Copa Del Rey, Bilbao have to play Sociadad in last season’s final on Easter Saturday then 2 weeks later play Barcelona in this season’s final

I think everyone has written Villa off, because without Grealish they can be bundled into the Brighton, Fulham category of playing decent stuff but never looking like scoring.

But, Newcastle getting relegated has taken on a momentum of its own; people across the media talking like it's almost a foregone conclusion. It will come down to the final game of the season, at Craven Cottage and I am confident in saying, if Fulham need to beat Newcastle to stay up then they'll bottle it.
Brighton will save Newcastle...and Fulham

Shame really, not about Fulham obvs.

Oh my Lord why is it McMannaman again?! Do they seriously have no other working commentators. It's not even his constant RS bias but he generally has zero ability to analyse a match.

He's part of an old boys club now, won't be shifting him for a while, a bit like on the BBC when it's constantly Lineker, Shearer and Wright at every world cup and euros with their inside jokes about golf

Yeah, I can see that, to be honest. It's interesting, visiting other forums, because Brighton and Newcastle fans seem convinced they are going down at Fulham's expense. I'm not so sure, but if we do the business over Burnley then they are still in the mix.

The Wilder situation reminds me of a break-up I went through. She threatened to leave, I agreed it was for the best.

Weekend rolls around and she's still there.

Turned out the replacement she had lined up had changed their mind. Wilder will be back in his ma's spare room before the week is out.
