Today’s Football 2020/21 Season

Chelsea as a football club is different to us in that they place more emphasis on the footballing side of the club whereas we place more emphasis on community work. Chelseaplayers are bit fearful of the big boss and know they must perform in the footie field. Our players are not at all fearful as they know that season after season of poor football is forgiven as long as they put on a great Blue Chrimbo.
So, different strokes for different folk. I love Blue Chrimbo...the League?...nah, not that interested.

We've not created tons of chances this season but most of our goals still come from big chances. You need moments of spark as well and they don't happen often.

I'm 50/50 on that. Screamers are a lot of fun but I don't really know that we need them unless teams are really not offering space in other areas frequently.

I feel like being a moral club and winning just don't mix.

All teams play us with belief, they play against good teams without that belief. So individual performance will rise/decline accordingly. Even Sheffield United view us as a team they can beat, and will lift their game. But against teams better than us like Newcastle, Fulham, West Ham etc, they tend to roll over a bit.
Yes, it makes for a long tough season for our brave lionhearts...fortunately they are as mentally tough as any Everton team I have seen the past 20 odd years...and of course they all have Blue Chrimbo community events to look forward to every December!
