There's been warning signs for a few weeks now with this system. They haven't been scoring many and they are overplaying in the final third.

Tonight they can't keep the ball mind you

This is exactly it. Bernardo Silva, De Bruyne, Foden, Mahrez - The first three are all pass first players whilst Mahrez is flakey at best. Silva is dropping deep to get on the ball meaning De Bruyne is often the furthest forward, it's sound against Burnley but it's not working here so far at all.

It's all a bit ''idea ball'' the football team. I'm betting Florenzi expected a busy night dealing with Sterling tonight.

....fighting on all fronts seems great but it catches up at the business end. Playing in a cup final on Sunday and tonight in their biggest game of the season will have an impact.

City need to hang in there, they need to still be in the game for the 2nd leg. If they are, I think they’ll win but it’s a massive 45mins coming up.

Would not be sad to see the one non "super league "team win the whole thing

Kin'ell mate PSG are pretty much the super league in a nutshell. The only reason they never joined is because they have owners heavily invested in the upcoming Qatar World Cup. A competition that has somehow motored along whilst the bodies pule up.

PSG is fantastic counter-attacking team, away game when City open up gonna suit them even more, especially if they keep advantage here

PSG look the more experienced, City look like they are suprised they got this far.

I can see the problem Pep may have countering Neymar and Mbappe, but by tweaking Citys game and leaving the fullbacks back, it takes a lot from their own game.

They need to play their own game and let PSG worry about them as they have more quality overall

Don’t the Qataris hate the Saudis to who fronted all the money for the Super League, or did I just make that up?

They’re terrified of pushing the fullbacks on because of Neymar and Mbappe and rightly so. City at this level look like they miss a focal point up front.
