So even though pens arnt supposed to be given if it deflects of another part of the body, the reason for this is even though it deflected, his arms were out.

It's not easy cause IFAB love over complicating things but i think it's still a foul if the ball hits your arm after it hits your leg if your arm has made your body unaturally bigger.
