Nah, Bundesliga/La Liga/Premier League, if you're statistically decent in those leagues the odds are more likely you're going to be statistically decent in any league.
If you're good in Holland/Italy/France it barely matters.
There are of course exceptions - Sandro Ramirez immediately springs to mind - but in terms of likelihood of stats being a measure of a player, some leagues are far better than others.

Stuart Attwell stood out for me though, just one incredible decision, or rather lack of, the biggest contributory factor to the most boring game ever....or since the last boring game lol.
The game needed a goal to make it better but Stuart was the man busy watching something else on another channel
It takes a special talent to allow a shot that goes wide off the post to be awarded as a goal, Stuart had that special talent right at the start of his career, today he made another decision which proves he still has it.
