in fairness Lukaku scored about 20 goals in his season on loan to us and they still parted with him (even if only to resign him for £100m this summer)!

Yes, but even if he is available a WHU, a Leicester, a Newcastle if they stay up, could offer mega bucks. More likely we will end up with RLC imo.

They won't be able to get him, for reasons @Alan Whittle has already stated. I can see him being used by Tuchel next season. He'll sap up all the minutes Barkley, Saul, etc get and then some. Brilliant player.
