He's always had a very football brain, very intelligent football brain without doubt when playing football at 18 for us, or playing for United and even playing deeper.

Having that brain doesn't neccesserily make a good manager though as we've seen many times in the past, so fair play to him, he's doing a wonderful job.

Yeah exactly. No doubt he knows the football side, I just didn’t imagine him as an effective leader of men. Especially when you consider many of his squad are of a similar age to him.

I hope he’s the real deal because we’re 100% going for him next aren’t we?!

Only time will tell with that one. I cant predict the future I was just stating that he is doing an excellent job at Derby County without doubt. Derby have a 21 point deduction, and within 26 games has them only 8 points off safety with a 39 year old Jagielka making 20 appearances. That squad looks pretty average poor and without the point deduction has them sitting 10th
