speaking of Moldova; a few years ago they did a land swap deal with Ukraine and now have about 400 metres of territory touching the Danube, thus accessing the Black Sea.
The Danube now runs through or borders 10 countries ((Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Ukraine) on its way to the Black Sea.
