Just need to keep on showing the heart we showed yesterday and hopefully we could be safe earlier than last year and continue to build slowly. We are still very much far off being a proper league club off the pitch, but getting there, and that should bring the on the pitch level up as well.

Our goal difference is a big bonus at the moment. That Hartlepool game is critical though.
 



Boro are almost as grim to watch as they were the last time they were up, just endless 1-0 and 0-0s on their fixture list. Would be very glad to see them stay down.

I remember being on a national express to Liverpool from Newcastle going through Middlesborough and it was like a nuclear wasteland. That their footy resembles that doesn't surprise me.

That last Boro PL team was the most unwatchable side I’ve ever seen in the top flight (granted I only go back about 10 years but still). They made the Greek national team look like Man City.
