i have a view that teams who win their domestic title find it very difficult to win the Champions League. I actually think it should be called the European Cup because the winners are rarely champions of their own country.

PSG Chelsea Bayern Juve Madrid Barca all lose lots of games every season. Even very good Barca teams with prime Messi Iniesta etc. lost games.

City and Liverpool barely lose any. Spending is one thing. Doping for ridiculous consistency is another.

Unfortunately this is a big issue and it totally makes sense why there have been calls for a Super League. Whilst the Super League that was proposed by Perez has died down, it will definitely return with slight tweaks to it, I'm sure.
