I remember when he signed for West Ham and wanted to leave straight away, he went to another championship club days after signing for West ham as he couldn't transfer back to oxford so soon, then went back to Oxford eventually for rest of career.

He was such a good winger in the lower leagues and was good enough for the PL, guess he preferred living and playing in Oxford.
