Not as quick as the one where City should have got a pen and the rs went up the other end of the pitch and scored about 9 seconds later.

Took them 5 seconds to say it wasn't a pen even though Arnold handballed it

I will say that is pretty far down the arm. At the same time Rodri his the ball with his elbow and it was too close to call handball so I guess that is consistent
