This should be Watford's 8th home league defeat in a row, only games at home they have not lost are the opening day v villa, a draw v The Toon in Sep and that 4-1 win v Man Utd in November,

the next 3 at home for Watford are Leeds, Brentford and Burnley (As well as us and the final day v Leicester)

Few well places draws in that run could really be useful for us.

Would be best for us if their next 3 home games were draws.

@ForeverBlue92 im convinced the injury to Ronaldo is actually a positive for United. They’ve got no choice now but to set up in the exact way that is cryptonite for City. Rashford and Sancho on the break with Fernandes behind them supplying the through balls.

Would have been a lot better with Ronaldo or Cavani walking around up front offering nothing.

Its why the likes of Leicester and Palace do alright against them - Vardy, Wilf Zaha etc have them on tender hooks.

Although I was convinced Ronaldo would bag against City with them being linked to him in the summer so may go one of two ways!

Looks like Peo has gone back to the formation that actually works for him with De Bruyne and Silva in midfield and two actual wide players. Let’s hope it works.
