If you just look at the scores and think "oh, 1:1 first game was very decent, they must be alright"... Nah, 4:0 after 30 min.

Glad we're not playing against German opponents week in, week out. They don't stop like English sides do.

They are much better than this usually. Little bit of inexperience, little bit of shocking defensive errors. Could be a cricket score as they won’t stop trying to get back into it.

Jaissle has them playing well but maybe too eager? They'll surely learn, as young doesn't even begin to describe it - guy's in his early 30's, right? A "wonderkid manager" of sorts lol

They'll suffer the same problem that many sides from "smaller" leagues and nations have though - in the Bundesliga and the Prem (and basically any big league) you have good competition which keeps you on a good level. They don't have that.

It's the same for us and Ludogorets - they just walk the league, but as soon as any half decent European team appears they usually crap the bed.

Yeh the average age of the side is 23 as well, that includes Ulmer who is like 36 I think, so they’ve got it all to learn. They’ll always be a stepping stone club but getting out of the group stages was amazing.
