That’s what the league has become now. The 4th best team can’t even lay a glove on Liverpool on their own pitch. Embarrassing.

I'm a proper bitter, take that as a given, but is it really what the audience want?

Not talking about fans of either side, but the casual armchair viewer, the guy who is going to bet in play, drink the lager and all that. It's not sustainable as entertainment if the sporting element has been removed. League is a procession for a couple of teams, the rest are in crisis on revolving weeks but flesh out most of the top six spots and the rest consider fighting for top half losing more than you win, negative goal difference a decent season.

Sick of it, probably won't have to worry about it for much longer.

They've been the best team this season. City have gone backwards. The rs have 6 forwards, City have 1 who they play on the wing. They only have themselves to blame.

Only have to read this forum to see it’s exactly what fans want. Most just want to see one or two teams absolutely obliterate everyone else and then watch their favourite pundits lap it all up.

They were very lucky too when they played Arsenal at The Emirates. Won the game but were 2nd best for most of it. It's been said before, but they're going to rue not signing a top class striker. Playing pretty football doesn't always win you games.
