You really aren’t grasping this.

The refs did what they could last night to ensure we didn’t win. That ultimately failed but the intention was clear as day. We’ve been on the end of a season’s worth of shocking refereeing decisions that I’m no way have evened themselves out at all.

Immediately after that there’s a controversial red card in the game of our immediate relegation rival. Of course it doesn’t mean they’d automatically go on to win but the dice is being loaded more in their favour.

This is happening every game in the PL. I’m not saying everyone’s out to get Everton but money changes hands every season dependent on pre-set outcomes. This season it very much looks like that is us going down.

If you disagree fine, but I don’t live in the idealised world you seem to where everything in the premier league is fair. That’s just not logical.

Watching Leeds tonight. They are impressive in not giving up. I can’t remember the last time we were 2-0 down and won. They got back to 2-2 and really went for it. We wouldn’t. We’d be so grateful for the draw that we’d drop deeper and deeper and probably concede or at best take the draw. Leeds, even after taking the lead went for a fourth!

We literally just won last night in extra time with a man down? How isn't that an example of not giving up???

Leeds have only 4 home games left against Southampton, Chelsea, Man City and Brighton

4 tough games that at home

Away games to relegation rivals Brentford and Watford too

Won’t be easy for Leeds but tonight may have saved them

VAR not being able to get involved in 2nd yellow cards is stupid.
What I don’t get is when the ref in Stockley Park advises the on field ref to look at the monitor, how often does the ref say, no, I was right the first time, and leave his decision as is? You just know if he goes to the monitor he’s gonna reverse his decision. He should be miked up and explain to the crowd what he’s decided.

Did you actually read what I wrote? Leeds we’re away from home against a team competing for a European place who went 2-0 up against them. We played a team at home who, after sacking their manager were 11 points behind us and at kick off were 9 points ahead of us. We couldn’t beat Wolves at home with a sell out crowd that was totally wound up.

So if we don’t go down, you’ll say what? Nothing? That some triads are going to come after Mike Riley for not getting the job done? It’s nonsense.
