Not one media outlet will question why The FA included VAR to a non Premier League ground for the first time ever?

The fact 5 subs is the norm now despite most clubs not wanting it?

Those pens are given 90% of the time on field, and the remaining 10% are given by VAR. I’ve not seen one of those not given. Absolutely stonewall.

That took me back to 1978 when I lived in Chilwell (Long Eaton area) - I went to watch Forest tonk the vermin 2-0 in the European Cup. I was a Forest fan that night!

That game was my first visit to the City Ground. One of the few happy moments watching football there to be fair.

Call me tin foil hat brigade or whatever, but I fear there's a lot of truth in this.

I would have said the same last season or even earlier in this one, but the evidence just keeps on stacking up.

There's also just zero consistency depending on which teams are playing mate - the scabs get different favourable decisions to us and the rest - it's not even subtle now that they have worked out the kinks in their system (alternate angles/not shown in real time now/clear and obvious nonsense etc etc) and all you get when you're bummed by a terrible decision is a halfarsed apology.

It's a fix, I'm not having incompetence, or all would be affected the same, and were clearly not.

It’s basically WWE. They can’t afford to not have the big teams in the latter stages, and Liverpool are then biggest cash cow of all. VAR is just legitimising corruption now. The game has gone.

I always forget that the PL can't see the wisdom in building up as many clubs as possible. You're right here.
