Who? West Ham? They aren't world beaters but they are easily the best team outside of the top 6. I don't think they have the quality to win the EL but they may make a deep run like Fulham 2010.

I give them credit for telling MU to GTFO but they really should have spent the money on Lingard over Vlasic. At minimum Lingard has 10 goals for them at this point. If they had him, they are still not favorites but they'd have a much better chance.

I think they might be closer than you are giving them credit. A healthy Dembele has been great, Pedri is fit and incredible and there is enough talent generally to be really good even if they aren't 2015 Barca again.

They'll probably never reach that standard again as they'll likely never have an equal for Messi. The standard is absurd.
