I’m still fuming losing a cards bet the other week when Salah didn’t get booked for blatantly booting the ball away, so I wouldn’t hold out much hope of many bookings for simulation mate.

having a ten year period where they won things doesn't really put them in the "huge club" bracket, or at least doesn't put them ahead of Preston / Forest / Huddersfield / Blackburn / Derby etc

Who else would you have in front of Leeds? Villa maybe close? A possible push for Forest maybe solely on account of the Clough golden years ? Leicester if its just the last 5 years?! West Ham for their freebie stadium? Newcastle for a giggle?!
